confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays,
customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email
containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours
to become active.


4. International Shipping

We may ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible
for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as
soon as possible with your order number and supporting information.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue where applicable.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
