DENISON C. TAN
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Dennis is the brains behind CrimXon Innovations. His mathematical approach in solving problems often lead to frustrations about inefficiency in the workplace. Having had enough, he decided to take matters into his own hands, and create solutions rather than just accept the norm.
He graduated with honors with a degree in Mathematics from De La Salle University. He has over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Market Research garnered from different industries including FMCG, Manufacturing and Advertising. His passion in finding solutions has always been reflected in his work, which often provides crucial information during strategy formulation for the company he has worked for.
He is also a passionate father of two, a hobbyist photographer, and a strong advocate for health and wellness.
ANNA Y. LUCAS
Chief Operations Officer
Anna is the voice of reason and practicality of CrimXon Innovations. She provides the structure and organization, and oftentimes keeps her colleagues grounded. Her eye for details, thoroughness in implementation, and unwavering determination to achieve the goal makes her the best candidate to get the job done.
Anna started her extensive career in Marketing, with a role in marketing communications in an IT company. Having realized that Marketing is such a big field and encompasses several aspects, she set off to learn and experience as much as she can from her chosen field. She took on positions in brand management, business development, and digital marketing in various industries such as real estate, advertising, and FMCG. She took her Masters in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business; while she earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication at the University of the Philippines.
Anna prides herself for being a hands-on mother of three. She loves to travel and she writes about her adventures with her family in her blog.
BENEDICT M. FERRER
Chief Strategy Officer
Benedict is the resident devil’s advocate of CrimXon Innovations. He pushes each and everyone to think out-of-the-box, and question every little decision and detail. Oftentimes, he can present situations that were never thought of, and provides critical thinking during crucial decision making.
Benedict earned his degree in Business Administration at the De La Salle University. He has more than 16 years of experience in Consumer Research and Insights from pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
He is an entrepreneur, having several businesses under his cap.
